Ledgent Accounting & Finance is hiring an Accounting Manager for a premier company in the greater Tampa Bay area. You will directly support the CFO in all aspects of growing the accounting team and company.

$90,000-$110,000

Essential duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting team
• Lead month end close
• Manage projects and growth initiatives
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Implement new policies and procedures in accordance to company standards
• Provide insight to company financial planning
• Oversee budget and analysis initiatives
• Ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Self-driven and goal oriented
• Work within tight deadlines and time restraints
• Thrive in a collaborative environment
• Must be ready to make an impact!
