General Summary

Functioning in an autonomous roll with minimum supervision the Administrative Inventory Technician is a multi-skilled individual who works to assist the patient care team by maintaining inventory levels of supplies, instruments and equipment needed to provide patient care on a daily basis.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to Manager of Patient Care Unit to which assigned or designated Charge RN.

Qualifications
High school education or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospital or health care facility preferred. Knowledge of some medical terminology preferred. Proficiency in the use of keyboarding skills, strong organization skills. Ability to prioritize workload and maintain calmness is stress filled work place required.
