The BT Asset Administrator I performs various asset administration duties related to the FTI's IT hardware, software, and service contracts. Administers ServiceNow for tracking IT asset life cycles, manages inventory, and maintains information on software licenses and service level agreements. They ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks quality throughout product/contract lifetimes. The BT Asset Administrator I's work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor or Associate degree in Business or Technology preferred Experience:
- 3 years or more in a service or support role
- Knowledge of ServiceNow a plus
- Experience with creating dashboards and reporting systems

Any appropriate combination of education and experience as determined by management.
Travel: 15%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork Complexity:
- Works with BT team members throughout the asset life cycle to ensure proper inventory, licensing, allocation, utilization, compliance, and retirement of assets.
- Owners the ServiceNow asset management system operating efficiency through analysis, review, and enhancement recommendations.
- Identifies, analyzes, and recommends alternative solutions to meet business priorities or streamline processes successfully.
- Manages hardware and software contracts from initiation to termination.
- Generates and distributes various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and CIs and their status; also performs trend analyses.
- Provides information and support for the development of IT budgets and forecasts.
- Maintains records of all contracts and recurring costs and verify monthly against actuals.
- Manages requests for IT assets in ServiceNow.
Customer Service:
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders in an open and timely manner, providing all needed information and support.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors.
- Utilizes strong problem-solving skills and provides solutions.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
