POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Mobile Technician will be responsible for the reliability of Farms' mobile equipment fleet. The position will be tasked will all manner of maintenance for mobile assets consisting of but not limited to, electric/propane forklifts both sit down and stand up, scissor lifts, articulating boom lifts, telehandlers, golf carts, UTV's, batteries, and battery charging stations. This position will be filled by an individual who possess excellent time management and planning skills to effectively increase the overall reliability of the Farms' mobile equipment fleet.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote a "safety first" culture within the Maintenance Team and all other departments.
- Responsible for improving the reliability of the internal mobile equipment fleet
- Electric/propane forklifts, various aerial lifts, yard trucks, ATVs, pressure washers, etc.
- Completes scheduled work generated from CMMS and planning staff
- Communicate with outside vendors when needed and coordinate service visits
- Communicates with affected departments when mobile assets are out of service
- Maintains >95% PM Compliance through schedule adherence
- Maintains < 5% outsourced labor for maintaining the mobile fleet
- Maintain accurate and up to date maintenance work order records within CMMS
- Build and maintain proper inventory levels for mobile equipment maintenance
- Strive to achieve high service levels with customer base (production staff)
- Ensure that working area is kept in a professional manner - shows pride in work
- Highly professional inter/intradepartmental interactions are required
- Work to remove roadblocks and show direct ownership of mobile maintenance program
- Strive to improve working conditions, working area, and reliability of equipment
- Track and report on improvement KPIs (key performance indicators) as assigned by Maintenance Management
- Participate with internal audits and continuous improvement
- Work to elevate the performance of your co workers and those directly around you daily
- Complete all other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 5 years' experience with industrial mobile equipment service
- Proven safety best practices with industrial mobile equipment
- Experience with Planning Systems (CMMS)
- Computer Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong Mobile Equipment background in manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate across multiple functional groups, align objectives, and keep deliverables on track.
Shift: 1st 6am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rate: $24-$30 DOE
Status: Temp-to Hire
