This is a contract (potential contract to hire) role based in Denver, CO
Position Overview for the AI Program Manager:

• Manage and oversee the development and execution of AI programs, including strategies, vision, and roadmaps for AI-driven solutions across multiple domains.
• Utilize expertise in AI technologies (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision) to lead and guide program development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful AI products.
• Define and implement strategies for integrating AI into technology and product offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead AI-focused program teams and oversee the execution of strategic initiatives.

Required Skills for the AI Program Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in artificial intelligence, with hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in managing AI programs, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
• Strong background in program management, particularly in technology or AI-focused products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in the public sector or with government agencies is highly desirable.

Compensation Details:
Salary: 75-81/hr W2
