Your new role

An Asphalt Paving Foreman oversees and coordinates the activities of the paving crew to ensure efficient and high-quality asphalt paving operations. This role involves managing equipment, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt paving, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of asphalt paving techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Licenses: Valid driver's license; additional certifications in construction or safety are a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Bilingual
