Our client, a large property management company, is looking for a temporary-to-hire Assistant Property Manager to join their team!

About the Job:
- Provide administrative support, including phone support, report preparation, and office supply coordination.
- Assist with lease administration and maintain orderly property files, including contracts and leases.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and oversee work order and purchase order systems.
- Update and maintain tenant service packages and ensure accurate tenant information in the database.
- Support budget preparation and monthly financial reporting, as well as manage invoices and insurance certificates.

About You:
- 3+ years of experience within real estate, commercial property management, or a related client-facing role is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
- Exceptional customer service and administrative skills are required.
- Ability to work fully on-site Monday-Friday

Position Details:
- Temporary-to-Hire
- Pays $26/hr-$30/hr and converts between $60K-$65K DOE
- 100% on-site in Arlington, VA
