BI ANALYST
Join the Services Operations Marketing team of a leading technology company known for its innovative subscription services. We're seeking a talented BI Analyst to help drive growth and operational efficiency by crafting insightful dashboards and analyzing key business metrics.

Location: Cupertino, CA (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with growth strategy, product, and business teams to tackle business challenges and develop dashboards around key KPIs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes and build new capabilities for marketing operations.
• Utilize data and KPIs to build comprehensive dashboards, evaluating e-mail marketing campaign performance, operations journeys, system health, and progress towards fiscal goals.
• Analyze data, choose relevant metrics, model data, and use Python scripts and Tableau for data visualization.

Top Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics.
• Experience with subscription-based businesses is preferred.
• Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to create and modify queries.
• Solid Python programming skills for data preparation and visualization.
• Experience with APIs (RESTful) and relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Vertica, MySQL).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.

Plus Skills:

• Familiarity with Containers (Kubernetes or Docker).
• Understanding of Hadoop (not a primary focus but helpful for collaboration with engineering teams).

Day-to-Day:

• 10%: Dashboard maintenance
• 20%: Stakeholder interactions
• 20%: Data visualization - understanding business needs, data selection, modeling, and script writing for visualization.
• 50%: New dashboard development
