Position Overview & Responsibilities:

• Leverage data analytics techniques to analyze large financial and operational datasets from multiple systems.
• Implement automation solutions to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance the quality of reporting.
• Identify opportunities for automating repetitive financial tasks and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial dashboards and performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights in response to inquiries from executives and department management.
• Serve as the primary Blackline Administrator, overseeing system configurations, upgrades, and user training to ensure efficient financial close processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Accounting Analytics, or Accounting Systems.
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling, with experience using tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Automate, Power BI), Snowflake, Business Objects, and Alteryx.
• Basic proficiency in SAP, particularly with SAP accounting system management.
• Familiarity with Blackline administration, including system configuration and process automation.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and explain financial and data concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
