Business Analyst/Project Manager
Are you ready for a hands-on role with a leading tech company known for its iconic smartphones? We're looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join a team that's building an internal app to track hardware sales worldwide. If you enjoy working closely with engineers, writing detailed user stories, and managing UAT processes, this might be the perfect role for you!

Location: Cupertino, CA (hybrid onsite Tuesday-Thursday)
What You'll Do:

• Work alongside Program & Product Managers to manage multiple work streams on large-scale projects.
• Document business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, even from high-level epics.
• Manage the backlog and release roadmap for cross-functional applications, working closely with engineering teams.
• Lead the UAT process-writing test scripts, coordinating schedules, and managing rollouts.
• Maintain all project plans, BRDs, test scripts, and other documents.
• Communicate with global teams and IT to align on solutions.
• Stay on top of deadlines and ensure all project deliverables are tracked and managed.
• Tackle multiple projects simultaneously and apply critical thinking to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and product management with a hands-on approach.
• Strong experience with UAT-developing test cases and managing the testing process.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional project roadmaps.
• Experience working directly with development/engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and the product development life cycle.
