Description:
Job Title: Senior Product Owner

Location: Charlotte, NC

Team Objective:

• Deliver and support the Swift Core Services Product and manage the ISO 2022 transformation.
• Transition legacy Swift message types to ISO 2022 messages, adhering to industry mandates extending through 2026.
• Ensure compliance with these mandates and execute plans to meet them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product delivery from conception to launch, collaborating closely with operations technology.
• Manage product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and backlog maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing high-level updates and presentations.
• Apply Agile principles to product delivery processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management and Ownership.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirement writing and prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Background in banking and payments, with knowledge of Swift and ISO 2022 being a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership in driving initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Experience in data mapping and writing Agile stories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
