Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Role is a key member of the Sales Leadership team responsible foroverseeing the strategic planning process. Role will report to the Head of Sales for our Mortgage Technology Solutions. This includes developing and managing the segment routines, reports and programs that support and deliver on the strategic plan. This leader will work closely with members of the Sales LT and across segment solution and strategic functions, driving strategic alignment and process effectiveness. In particular, this role will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning Process - overseeing the annual and quarterly planning and goal setting process. Helping to document, refine and report progress on segment goals and priorities. Ongoing ownership of documenting and reinforcing clarity for strategic pillars, segment objectives and quarterly priorities
  • Balanced Scorecard - in support of the strategic plan, develop and manage a balanced scorecard process that helps translate vision into operational goals, provides transparency in reporting progress against those goals and works across the LT to continually track, calibrate and adjust priorities and actions.
  • Segment Cadence - manage and support the segment cadence and operating routines, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in processes, tools and focus areas. This includes topical areas and routines such as pipeline reviews, goal boards, weekly agenda and tactical meeting content and "ways of working" that improve effectiveness and organizational health.
  • Solution Playbooks - in partnership with product and solution leadership, responsible for coordinating the solution playbook process that engages all key stakeholders, drives segment-level consistency and embeds the roadmap priorities into the strategic planning and segment cadence process.
  • Program Management - serve as the key leader and program manager for designated projects and strategic initiatives. This could include defined projects that cover client, product or segment initiatives with defined scope and objectives. Examples include projects such as the SKO planning or sales campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Serve as a strategist, consultant and implementer for the Head of Sales for Mortgage Solutions
  • Drive and execute strategic projects
  • Provide proactive strategic oversight and direction for designated projects and priorities and ensure plans are adjusted as organizational priorities change
  • Lead Sales LT meetings: determining discussion topics, driving meeting flow and decision making and ensuring follow up actions
  • Support Head of Mortgage Sales and LT on key deliverables.

Job Qualifications:

What you will bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in business, management consulting, strategy or equivalent
  • Bachelors' in business field or related field required
  • Masters' degree in business field or management highly desired
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Annual Pay Range:
110,500 - 150,000 USD
