This is a promising job opportunity for a civil estimator with 7+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Your new role:
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and assist in price preparation using HCSS.
• Ensure quality and reliable estimate takeoffs.
• Collaborate with senior estimators and other team members.
• Follow procedure guidelines successfully.
• Assist in reviewing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Use HCSS software to create estimates, structure, and quotes.
• Prepare bid packages with addenda.
• Prepare bid submission packages.
What you'll need to succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
• 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well with others.
What you'll get in return:
• $140,000-$160,000 (Salary based on experience).
