Claims Production Professional I - TEMP Work from home within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah

Those outside of our 4 State footprint will not qualify for this role.

  • This position will start March 10th and the assignment will be for approximately 12 months.
  • The pay for this temporary role is $22.00 an hour. This is a non-benefited role with no PTO accrual .

As a member of the Claims team, our Claims Production Professional process claims accurately, apply contract benefits, and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely support - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system.

What You Bring to Cambia:



Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of office experience, ideally in health insurance claims or a medical office setting (or a combination of education and experience that's just as strong).
  • Computer experience required, including MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) or equivalent.

What You Will Do at Cambia:

  • Adapt to changing workload, priorities, and system/procedural changes.

  • Analyze and process claims accurately and timely.

  • Apply benefits correctly, following established rules and edits.
  • Complete training and other duties as assigned.
  • Meet department performance expectations for quality and production.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure clear audit trails and reprocess claims as needed.
