Job Description Summary
The Clinical Research Coordinator C (CRC C) is a full-time position responsible for managing mixed methods and qualitative research studies at the Center for Addiction Medicine & Policy (CAMP). This role includes providing guidance to the investigational team, overseeing the implementation of new studies, supporting existing studies, identifying challenges and opportunities, and developing solutions and action plans. The CRC C works closely with the research director and program managers to ensure adherence to protocols, data accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions to the IRB. The coordinator will also assist with manuscript preparation for publication and provide regular updates to the research team and director.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for best practices in managing mixed methods and qualitative research studies.
- Act as a liaison between the investigational team, departments, and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
- Oversee the implementation of new and existing research studies, reviewing them to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Develop solutions and implement action plans to address identified challenges in study management.
- Collaborate with the research director and program managers to ensure timely IRB submissions.
- Supervise study execution to ensure adherence to protocols, compliance with regulations, and accurate data entry.
- Audit studies for compliance, data integrity, and adherence to qualitative and mixed methods research standards.
- Lead the preparation for study audits and inspections and supervise any inspections that occur.
- Provide regular updates to the research team and director.
- Data reporting for funder review.
- Assist with preparation of manuscripts for publication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science and 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Master's degree preferred with 5-7 years of related experience in mixed methods or qualitative research studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work both remotely and in person in Philadelphia.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

- Commitment to recovery, choice, empowerment, and the ability of people with substance use disorders.
- Ability to quickly assimilate new information in a fast-paced work environment with enthusiasm.

- Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and website updates in WordPress.
Position is contingent upon continued funding.
