Job Title: Commercial Superintendent - Retail & Restaurant Projects

Location: Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 base pay plus benefits

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead the construction of ground-up retail and restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing these types of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of retail and restaurant construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and final completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage on-site construction teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a productive work environment.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically with ground-up retail and restaurant projects.
• Proven proficiency in scheduling and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
