One of NYC's top family-owned Developers/Owners/Operators with a portfolio of 40 Million Sq/ft is seeking to add a Community Manager to the team!

• 500 units, Luxury Rental
• Must have strong financial/budgeting experience
• Up to $115K base + bonus

Who you are:

• 5+ years' experience in NYC residential property management
• STRONG budgeting and financials experience
• Excellent customer service
• Organized and Proactive
• Ready to hit the ground running

About the roles:

• Client and Resident Interaction:
  Engage with property owners, asset managers, business partners, and residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Financial Oversight:
  Participate in monthly budgeting and forecasting, process invoices, manage vendor payments, analyze financial patterns to make recommendations.
• Operational Management:
  Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
• Contract and Vendor Management:
  Negotiate and manage service contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with agreements and safety standards.
• Staff Supervision and Compliance:
  Direct and schedule staff, set goals, ensure policy compliance, and handle commissions and disputes for and with leasing representatives.
