Compensation for this position is set at $22/hour.

This person will need to work hybrid from our Plymouth Meeting, PA office location three days per week.
Accolade's internship program runs June 9th-August 15th, 2025.

Role overview

Get an inside look and active participation in the ideation, research, and dissemination of Accolade content that resonates with our target demographics, ultimately driving awareness and adoption of our healthcare solutions.

A day in the life ...

• Assist in the development of content for webinars, blogs, one-pagers, listicles, and our company website.
  

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns.
  

• Utilize SEO best practices to increase the visibility of our content and brand online.
  

• Analyze performance metrics to gauge the success and reach of our content.
  

• Assist in managing and tracking department projects.
  

• Conduct in-depth research into healthcare topics.
  

What we are looking for (requirements)

• Has or is working towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other.
  

• Aspiring content creator with outstanding writing skills.
  

• Capable of breaking down complex information into clear, succinct messaging.
  

• Exceptional attention to detail.
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

• Deep interest in content marketing is essential.
  

• High level of creativity is preferred.
  

• Opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in content marketing.
  

• Hybrid role with the ability to come in person to our Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office at least 3 times per week.
