As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Accounting Department, including general accounting, accounts payable, tax reporting, compliance, and financial reporting. You will ensure the successful execution of the College's audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting, providing expert guidance and support to various departments. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of service and teamwork, reflecting Grinnell College's mission and vision.
