Hours:Weekend Package, 12 hour shifts 6:00 am-6:30 pm -4 weekends on/1 weekend off and every 4th holiday

About The Job:

Works as a team member with one or more cooks in the daily operations of the department for patient and employee food service. Responsible for preparation and delivery of all meals to patients including regular and therapeutic diets. Responsible for general departmental sanitation. Responsible for preparation of all entrees, soups, hot food, and all baked goods for all service points including patients, staff, physicians, visitors and catering.

What we are looking for:

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent certificate required.

Experience:

1 year experience in food service preferred.

Special Skills and Competencies:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to perform detailed assignments, follow directions, work under pressure, and readily adapt to change in routine and work assignments.
