IDR is seeking a dedicated and proactive Patient & Family Outreach Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Memphis, TN. This role is integral to the daily operations of our client's Patient and Family Outreach team, focusing on patient compliance, cultivation, and integration tasks. Position Overview/Responsibilities:

• Manage internal communications related to patient asset management and patient compliance
• Participate in operational functions to ensure patient asset and interaction compliance
• Coordinate and support Patient All Call events
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure proper documentation and record management in the HIPAA compliant patient database
• Manage travel arrangements and check reimbursements for patient integration travel

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Experience coordinating event schedules, travel, and/or other administrative tasks
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
