Position Overview:
Location:?Everett, WA ON-SITE Role

Pay:?$21-22 hourly

Shift:?Monday- Friday / 8:30am-5pm

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! WILL TRAIN! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Associate. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and troubleshooting.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
