Location: Elkridge, MD

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$20/hourly based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with product-related questions.
• Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience, while gathering and relaying customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
