Employment Type: Full Time, TEMP TO HIRE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $21 $22 hourly (DOE)

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone and email promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy, striving for positive outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist and educate customers.
  • Documentation:
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Perform various administrative duties including data entry, filing, and updating customer accounts.
  • Order Management:
  • Efficiently manage, organize, and update customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Customer Service Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required.
  • CRM Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively.
  • Multitasking Abilities:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining detailed and accurate records.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, find solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-focused attitude and provide exceptional service.
