Customer Service Representative for a Manufacturing Company in Poway

M-F 7:30am-4:00pm

Temporary to Hire

Pay: $20.00-$22.00

Onsite

The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries, invoicing and assisting the Sales Representatives with orders and quotes and some upselling

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information while maintaining good customer relationships.

* Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.

* Create invoices from shipped orders.

* Enter sales orders via e-mail, web site or phone into company ERP system.

* Field customer questions and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer questions.

* Assist Director of Sales and Sales Representatives in all related sales and customer activities.

* Maintain and actively monitor dealer/distributor accounts.

* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills including active listening.

* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer issues

* Computer proficient in MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook; QuickBooks / Activate helpful

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma required with additional education preferred.

* Customer service experience required.

* QuickBooks / or Activate helpful
