The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries, invoicing and assisting the Sales Representatives with orders and quotes.

Responsibilities: *

Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information while maintaining good customer relationships.

* Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.

* Create invoices from shipped orders.

* Enter sales orders received via e-mail, web site or telephone into company ERP system.

* Field customer questions and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer questions.

* Assist Director of Sales and Sales Representatives in all related sales and customer activities.

* Maintain and actively monitor dealer/distributor accounts. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent communication skills including active listening.

* Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances and avoid confrontation.

* Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma required with additional education preferred.

* Customer service experience required.

* QuickBooks / or Activate helpful
