Job Duties/Description:

• Respond to a variety of incoming calls and requests from employees and customers regarding parts, services, and scheduling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and solutions efficiently, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and possess in-depth product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and briefing sessions to stay updated on changes to products and services.
• Keep informed about products, services, and promotions to meet business line objectives.
• Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution while knowing when to escalate matters appropriately.
• Identify and escalate priority issues as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred (this system was introduced this year).
• A minimum of 2 years of phone customer service experience is required; additional experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Must be highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Additional Info:

• Hourly Pay rate: $24/hr - maybe $25
• Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm M-F
• Location: 100% In-Office
• Type: Contract to hire
