Our client is seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Analyst to join their team. This role can be performed remotely or at our client's location in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their deep understanding of consumer experience and data from various service interactions to enhance the overall experience for our clients and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with vast amounts of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact actionable insights to senior leadership and business operations
- Perform exploratory data analysis from structured, unstructured, and diverse datasets
- Source, clean, prepare and verify the integrity of data for analysis
- Discover and communicate actionable insights to decision makers
- Serve as a thought leader for the consumer omnichannel journey analytics domain
- Provide expert advisory services for strategy, metrics, product development, and analytics vision to senior leadership

Required Skills/Attributes:
- Undergraduate degree in a highly quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data-driven investigations, data storytelling, visualizations, and analytic insight creation for executive consumption
- Experience handling terabyte size datasets
- Advanced experience in SQL, Excel, R and/or Python for data analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau / PowerBI / D3JS etc.

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
- Masters Degree or higher in a highly quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data-driven investigations, data storytelling, visualizations, and analytic insight creation for executive consumption
- Experience with Nexidia, Qualtrics, Spark, cloud-based analytic services, machine learning platforms, data mart development and engineering, advanced statistics, natural language processing, process mining, journey analytics platforms

The successful candidate must pass a drug test and background check once offered the position. The interview process will consist of three rounds, including a video interview with a focus on technical and functional skills.
