SUMMARY: The Data Developer at Stride, Inc. will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, reports, and integrations to support back-office functions such as billing, invoicing, and supply chain management. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Audit, and other business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting solutions. The Data Developer will be instrumental in optimizing data processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting ongoing operational and ad-hoc reporting needs.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to support reporting requirements across back-office functions, including finance, legal, and audit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making and operational processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various data sources and reporting systems.
- Assist in automating recurring reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update documentation for data processes, reports, and system configurations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to address ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support as needed.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement in data management and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent training
- Five (5) years of relevant professional experience with data modeling tools, including at least three (3) years of experience in handling large data sets using fact and dimension models at an enterprise level OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required qualifications:
- Proficiency with SQL, relational data tables and data modeling principles,
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with other professional staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reporting solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to clear required background check
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Visual Studio, DBT Core, Github, Bitbucket, Python
- Experience with various formats including but not limited to relational, JSON, Neo4j graphing databases
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in creating end to end products to drive business outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.
Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate the salary range to be $93,328.50 to $209,368.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
