Your new company
Our client is a leading heavy civil contractor who focuses on many different sectors within the civil space. Construction divisions the company operates in are Dams & Reservoirs, Concrete, Transportation, Environmental, Utilities, site development and building construction. Due to an increase in projects and growth of the company, they are looking to expand the team and bring on a Senior Estimator.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the overall planning and coordination for comprehensive project cost estimates. You will be gathering data and estimates for reviews, developing new big strategies, site investigations, take-offs, analysis of indirect cost margins as well as managing contracts and relationships. You will have strong time management skills as well as the ability to change priorities and meet deadlines in a timely fashion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 5 years as a senior estimator as well as experience estimating projects of $10M up to $25M. You will have worked with HCSS and Agetk software and ideally have an Engineering or construction management degree. You will require experience of estimating the following heavy civil structures - highways, bridges, site work, underground utilities and waste water treatment plants.
