Overview

The Director of Accounting will provide leadership and guidance to the location's accounts payable, account receivable, general cashier and income audit team. The leader will ensure timely and accurate record keeping, as well as processing revenue and invoice payments. Anticipating revenue/cost problems and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve is essential. Ensure internal audit compliance for all departments. All financial processes will be audited and monitored to ensure hotel profitability and compliance with accepted practices, standard operating procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in accounting or finance.
• One year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Required statistics math level.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
