  • Engage with all prospective students to explore program requirements and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the CCPA Dean's Office, Office of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions, Office of Exclusively Online Education, and Office of Communications and Marketing to develop, maintain, and refine as needed the DPAP website, all Graduate and Online SLATE Communications, and promotion materials (both print and electronic).
  • Collaborate with DPAP faculty, staff, and CCPA's Assistant Dean to develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost DPAP enrollment. This could include creating new 4+1 and dual degree programs, establishing articulation agreements with community colleges, and developing pathways with undergraduate admissions.
  • Serve as DPAP's representative on the CCPA Enrollment & Recruitment committee.
  • Manage all admissions processes, including tracking, reviewing, and decisioning all student applications.
  • Plan and implement outreach efforts to accepted students to maximize yield and deposited students to minimize melt.
  • Manage funding selection and appointment processes (i.e., graduate assistantships and scholarships).
