Summary of Role:

Plans, monitors and manages internal technical programs from initiation through completion. Work with product line on technology bring up in fab

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed products/program.
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
    Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases.
  • Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
  • May be responsible for feasibility studies, field trials management, identifying product/program gaps, defining product requirements and engaging with customers to understand market needs and trends
    Performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
  • Works and collaborates other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Education : >10yrs after Master in Engineering or >12 yrs after Bachelor degree
  • Experience - Minimum 12 years in Semiconductor manufacturing Industry
  • Travel - Up to 10%
  • Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Expected Salary Range
$163,000.00 - $285,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.

The role you are applying for may require you to obtain a US Department of Defense Security Clearance at some time during your employment.
