The Distribution Analyst position plays a crucial role in 3PL warehouse KPI reporting and analysis, training and development of new employees as well as current team, projects, pallet management, and information sharing with 3PLs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze KPIs and report insights and evaluations pertaining to warehousing, including cost and performance.
• Perform systematic research, review inventory movements, and reconcile inventory at the DCs in support of the Distribution Coordinators.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies and plans for improving distribution by leveraging marketplace experience, improved information, integrated systems and analytical and network modeling methods.
• Support the DC Manager in development of warehouse/supply chain KPI's and regular reporting of results.
• Collaborate with supply chain functions (Demand Planning, Product Supply, Transportation, Customer Logistics, Internal Warehouse, Operations) to deliver warehouse and company-wide objectives.
• warehouse management systems, business processes, and BI, including other relevant reporting tools.
• Support special projects, as assigned by the DC Manager.
• Review customer complaints, returns, refusals, OS&Ds and other distribution related issues; research and provide recommendation for resolution.
• Support the management of root cause analysis and corrective action for inventory discrepancies. Review and asses for need to make procedural changes.
• Support management of the inventory accuracy initiatives and reporting as it relates to Stock Loss, service levels and customer complaints. Review inventory accuracy trends and provide recommendation on improvements.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, related field, or relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain preferred.
• Experience with SAP desired.
• Skilled in problem solving and change management.
• Strong communication skills.
• 10 - 20% Travel.
• Advanced PC skills: MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Salary Range: $58,670- $77,000

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training
