RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager II to join their team remotely. The Enterprise Program Manager will be supporting the delivery of a number of large programs/projects.Responsibilities:- Planning and managing tactical projects that are typically of medium level complexity, impact multiple business units and include up to 50 project team members
- Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions
- Manages project initiation activities that include identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed
- Reviews plans to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals
- Develops project plans outlining project scope, activities, schedules, deadlines and cost/time estimates
- Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups
- Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post implementation review to identify areas of improvement or that worked well
- Pursues project management certification or equivalent experience
- Pursues project management certification or equivalent experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in project management in financial services or a related industry; Or 5-7 years of experience in a client-related field (e.g., business analysis, programming, client server, telecommunications, legal); Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Actively pursuing project management certification or has the equivalent experience
- Extensive experience of delivering large scale, complex technology programs on time, budget and to the appropriate quality
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience managing dependencies as well as issues/risks around the cross functional teams
- Experience facilitating working groups
- Program/Project planning experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
