C&W Services, one of North America's largest and most successful integrated Facilities Services Company with over 50 years of facilities outsourcing experience is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Field Manager for a major customer account in Southern CT/NY Area.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Pay: $95,000.
- Will be responsible for over 60 different stop and shop locations. Locations can include, but is not limited to, (Connecticut: Bridgeport, Trumbull, Monroe, Shelton, Milford, West Haven, New Haven, East Haven, New Milford, New Fairfield, Newton, West Port, etc) (New York: Bronx, Long Island City, New City, Orangeburg, etc)
- This is a remote position, but you will be expected to be onsite at locations 2 days a week.
- Supervision of technicians and managing contractors. Coordinate maintenance projects, develop technician and contractor schedules, help develop bid specifications and solicit bids required for the project, Review bid packets, track and maintain project costs,
- Coordinate and conduct periodic project meetings, Prepare project status reports and summaries.
- Coordinate and create work order requests, assuring all tasks meet safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- A Self-Motivated Individual.
- Must hold a current state issued driver's license and record in good standing.
- Minimum 3- 5 years experience in managing commercial/retail facility maintenance.
- Ability to organize and schedule one's own work assignments.
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration a plus.
- The ability to navigate an iPhone and all its functions: email, apps, text messages and internet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. PowerPoint a plus.
- Good organizational skills.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $80,750.00 - $95,000.00
