Finance Director

Position Overview:
We are assisting our client in their search for a Finance Director to provide critical support during an ongoing audit and assist with financial data validation for a fund accounting system transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the organization in responding to audit-related requests and addressing key audit items.
• Pull, validate, and check financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance during the transition to a new fund accounting system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of financial information.
• Provide operational support, including assisting with payroll, benefits, and other financial functions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and assist in maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial systems such as QuickBooks and Bill.com preferred.
• Operational finance experience (payroll and benefits) is a plus.
