Want You'll Do:

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational program for graduating students with Bachelor's degrees. The program is designed to develop exceptional analytical skills and provide participants with solid operational knowledge across three unique finance/accounting rotations. These rotations are determined by business needs in addition to your interests. Participants have program-specific curriculum and receive a dedicated Steering Committee mentor, who is a senior finance leader. Finance Development Program participants graduate the program with a strong foundation of accounting, finance and are ready to lead future financial initiatives throughout the company.

Potential Role Assignments (1 YR per rotation/role):

The first year rotation for this role will be within Accounting, but the following two years could be within any of the areas below:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Sales Finance
• Supply Chain Finance
• Brand Finance
• Revenue Management
• Internal Audit
• Corporate Accounting
• Revenue Accounting

Experiences & Skills that will make you successful

• Spring or Summer 2023 grad majoring in: Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Involvement on campus
• Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Agile Thinker
• Interest in exploring a career in Finance leadership
