Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Manchester, NH Salary: $120,000+/year
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Manchester, NH. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead financial operations, implement process improvements, and support strategic financial planning for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of managing projects and teams. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Drive process improvements across financial operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term financial plans and operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is required.
• CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance/accounting with increasing responsibility.
• Proven success in managing projects and people within a professional setting.
• Strong technical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in a professional services company is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in process improvement are preferred.
