Beacon Hill Financial is currently recruiting for a contract to hire Financial Planning Analyst in the St. Louis area. This role would be hybird with the option to work remote on Mondays and Fridays. The role will be paying $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze financial data, identify trends and make informed recommendations. They will support strategic initiatives by providing financial insight and drive the implementation of automated reporting and standardization through Power BI, collaborating closely with our Financial Reporting Analyst and Accounting Leadership. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of the budgeting/forecasting process and associated key performance indicators.
• Organized, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy that delivers results.
• Effective verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in both remote and on-site environments.
• Advanced Excel and computer skills. Familiarity with Prophix and/or Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Must have effective communication skills, including good phone etiquette and the ability to communicate with all levels and areas of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of accounting/finance experience.
