Our client, a non-profit located in Framingham, is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Ambassador. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $20/hr. depending on experience. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities :

• Provide reception and administrative support, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist the Executive Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, document production, and file maintenance.
• Manage incoming packages and mail, notifying tenants of arrivals and ensuring prompt pickup.
• Maintain office inventory, including office supplies and refreshments, and place orders as needed.
• Support general office functions, including data entry, document scanning, photocopying, filing, and creating and maintaining tracking databases.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector, demonstrating a commitment to mission-driven work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Additional language proficiency in Russian and/or Chinese is preferred.
