RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Developer in Charlotte, NC (3 days Onsite) for a contract to hire role.Key Tasks:- Backstage website; Internal development portal
- Backstage.IO - the mention, the internal development portal, developed by Spotify for internal usage; Now it is community
- Focused on developing plugins, templates and integration with exciting tools; And making it available
- True full stack, need both front/back; Node; API development/integration experience
- Day-2-Day: Work within backstageio; Create integrations; Make sure plug ins developed are simple and easy to use; Get plug ins and integrate; Align it with company services/products; And then deploy to portal; Many plug-ins that are available
REQUIREMENTS:
- Node.js: Strong experience building backend APIs and services with Node.js
- React: Proficient in front-end development using React, with an understanding of component-based architecture and state management
- TypeScript: Experience writing scalable, maintainable applications using TypeScript
- Golang: Experience with Go (Golang) for building high-performance, concurrent applications
- Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), with experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of web development fundamentals (HTTP, REST, APIs, security)
- Familiar with integration techniques, APIs, and microservices architectures
- Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
