Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level)

Embark on an exciting journey to transform the digital experience for our customers and employees! We are seeking talented full stack developers to join our dynamic team and help us deliver cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for engineering robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications using a modern tech stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and the overall customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement front-end and back-end components using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Material UI
- Leverage Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress for end-to-end testing
- Utilize AWS services and tools, as well as Docker and Kubernetes, to build and deploy cloud-based solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve problems
- Participate in an Agile/SAFe development process, working closely with product managers and business units
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and implement new technologies by analyzing technical specifications, building and configuring supporting infrastructure, and implementing security best practices
- Provide on-call support, including troubleshooting, problem correction, testing, and production deployments

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Material UI
- Proficient in end-to-end testing using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and tools, as well as Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
