Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Graduate Mechanical Drafter/Designer to join our Northeast Engineering Design Organization (EDO). As a Graduate Designer, you will support our Mechanical / Process Engineering team with the design of various mechanical process treatment systems and piping throughout the region.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Preparation and revision of technical drawings for municipal/industrial/environmental consulting services
• Follow Corporate drafting and quality assurance standards
• Working with other subject areas on multi-discipline projects
• Working closely with staff engineers and other designers

What you will bring to the team:

• Associate's degree in a Design/Drafting program
• 0-3 years of drafting/design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD v2022 or newer
• Experience working with 3D design software a plus (i.e. Revit or Plant3D)
• Knowledge of P&ID's and other construction drawings is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently
