The Health, Safety and Security Manager position is part of the Environmental Health and Safety team located in Fargo, ND, and will be primarily on-site. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the EHS team and report to the Director of Environmental Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability. This position will oversee our Fargo, Madison, and Lincoln sites.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee and assist with managing emergency communication

• Regularly review and update safety and security practices and procedures to align with evolving regulations, industry standards, and organizational needs

• Oversee our workers' compensation program

The essential requirements of the job include:

• At least 8+ years of EHS experience

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in occupational health and safety, environmental science or related field

• Experience with developing and implementing employee engagement and safety and security training programs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Ergonomics

• OSHA VPP

• First Aid/CPR/AED
