Job Title: Hospice RN Case Manager

Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice RN Case Manager sought for 4 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts, Monday-Friday, with RNCM call rotation highly preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• LA or Compact RN license
• 1+ year hospice experience within the past 3 years
• HCHB experience
• BLS
