Position Title:Housing Services Coordinator

Position Summary:Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Students, the Housing Services Coordinator provides all campus guests, including students, conferees, and visitors, with campus housing and meal plans in residence halls. This position oversees all residence hall-related assignments and billing processes throughout the year. The position also supports Event Services by managing housing staff for summer conferences and providing operational oversight for conference housing requirements.
Customer service is critical to the success of any organization that deals with the campus and broader community. An individual in this position must possess the proficiency, wherewithal and knowledge of principles and processes for providing high-quality customer and personal services to the College's internal and external customers.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a high level of empathy and adaptability to address diverse needs. The role also stands out due to its close collaboration with various college departments, such as Facilities, Conference Services, Student Accounts and Campus Safety, to ensure a cohesive approach to student well-being. This position is well-suited for individuals with a background in student affairs, housing administration, and experience in leadership roles within higher education.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of two years' experience in a related position, preferably within a collegiate environment and supervisory experience.
Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.
