Your new role
As part of the HR operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact assisting employees with any HR related queries. You will provide an exceptional service addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the HR system. This role manages many inquiries through phone, email, or the HR Portal, ensuring excellent customer service. This position is a 9-month contract.
