Job Summary
The HR Business Partner - Corporate & Shared Services position is responsible for the day-to-day human resource functions for Enpro Inc. Corporate and Shared Services. These functions include all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll related topics, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws. The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.
