*What You Do.*



* Support the DE&I department in implementing organizational programs.

* Assist in enhancements of DE&I dashboard with key metrics.

* Leverage DE&I brand assets to create articles, presentations, and communications.

* Collaborate with our DE&I Partner on designing learning experiences, industry benchmarking, projects, and initiatives.

* Support Employee Business Group (EBG) leaders on programming/events.

* Other projects as assigned.


*Your Education and Qualifications.*



* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or other related field having completed junior year prior to start of the internship

* Passion for learning and growing in the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion field

* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.

* Ability to think critically, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.
